And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Lifecycle Controller, IndiaNoida (preferred), IndiaProvide overall financial partnering to the Lifecycle service business manager and your leadership team, including financial planning, forecasting and project controlling for the India Lifecycle Service Business.You will be reporting to AP Lifecycle Controller and will be engaged in business decision-making process through proposal risk assessment, project review and margin/cash flow analysis and find and address any potential issues. You will be also required to work across different teams and enhance the internal control environment around business/finance processes.You will report to the CONTROLLER, AP LIFECYCLE SERVICES and follow a hybrid working schedule in Noida, India.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with Lifecycle Service Departments in establishing the quarterly forecast of full P&L for India. It involves analysis and commentary causals at India regional level risks and opportunities based on understanding of business
- Coordinate the preparation and evaluation of the Annual Operating Plan for fiscal year P&L with applicable country business leaders.
- Help with the reviews of our performance and business strategy planning to lead sustainable and profitable growth and increase annual recurring revenue
- Participate in the business opportunity assessments and project review process to provide financial advice and risk assessment with possible mitigation plans
- Provide support in regional/global projects by developing a model/tool to manage financial cadence and KPIs
- Ensure familiarity with company policies & procedures and enhance finance control environment around lifecycle service business
- Monitor and control project cash flow in lifecycle business through billed / unbilled AR analysis and regular review
- Focus on continuous productivity through process simplification and streamline
- Support in Statutory Audit & tax support (especially on cross border & transfer pricing)
- Accuracy in monthly, quarterly & yearly financial books closing for lifecycle business
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with CA & CMA equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of recent financial planning and analysis in automation or similar industries
- Have knowledge of India & US GAAP
- Strategic/business focused with analytical modelling skills
- IExperience and skill in using SAP, IFS system, EPM and other data-warehouse application package
- Knowledge of project accounting and project controlling
