Experience of using and implementing a variety of test tools, including tools for test management/planning, defect tracking e.g. Tools JIRA, Confluence, Good knowledge of test methodologies and approaches Good verbal and written communication skills Experience in managing a team of at least 2 or more Experience in financial/Insurance domain for min 2 years is a must.
