Life-skills Trainer

As a Communications and Life Skills Trainer, your role is to train, mentor, and coach students in English Language/Communication skills and Life Skills. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Coach Students in English Communication Skills and Adult Literacy - Coach Students in Life Skills - Conduct Periodic and Summative Assessments - Prepare Students for Employment Essentials - Design innovative ways to teach Spoken English and create creative assignments - Track assignment completion and engagement with SAATHIYA Digital Network - Design methods to increase engagement with SAATHIYA Digital Network - Assist Sr Trainer in designing new interventions and refining curriculum - Follow up with Students and Employers regarding their Performance in the Job - Provide career guidance and mentoring to alumni In addition to the job responsibilities, you will be working full-time at the company's in-person location.
