The Senior Technician will be responsible for routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, conducting inspections and tests, managing inventories, repairing and replacing worn-out components, and ensuring all systems operate smoothly. The job will also involve coordination with the technical team, providing support and training to junior technicians, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Senior Technician will need to document all maintenance activities and generate reports. Qualifications Technical expertise in equipment maintenance and repair Proficiency in performing inspections and diagnostic tests Skills in inventory management and logistics Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to lead and train junior team members Strong documentation and reporting skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adhere to safety standards and protocols Relevant technical certifications or degrees, such as in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
