Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by promptly and professionally handling customer inquiries via email. This includes responding to inquiries from various departments, maintaining accurate information in the system, and supporting inbound customer calls during peak volumes. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries from various departments such as Home Retention Department, Relationship Managers, and other internal departments through email and website. - Process requests related to Lien Release, Assumptions, Escheat and Land Title Adjustment, Tax and Insurance. - Manage specific tasks in MSP that require sending emails to customers. - Provide accurate and timely information to customers via email. - Update information in MSP/Reverse Quest as needed. - Support inbound customer calls during peak volumes or special initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or collections environment preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to deal with conflict and resolve issues effectively. - Adaptable to changing environments and flexible with scheduled shift changes. - No documented disciplinary action in the past 12 months. - Appraisal rating of Effective Performance or above in the last completed performance cycle. - Minimum of 9 months in the current role. If interested please share the updated Resume/Biodata at ta.manager@prodocssolution.com or recruitment.hr@prodocssolution.com Job description Review title commitments, reports, and public records to identify title defects and encumbrances (e.g., liens, easements, boundary disputes, unreleased mortgages). Work directly with underwriters, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve title issues. Order and interpret legal documents such as death certificates, probate records, court orders, and affidavits. Draft and obtain curative documents, including lien releases, subordination agreements, quit claim deeds, and satisfaction of mortgage. Communicate with sellers, buyers, realtors, and contractors to gather necessary information and documentation. Ensure all title curative actions are documented and completed per underwriter guidelines. Update and maintain file records in the System. Support escrow and closing departments to ensure timely and compliant closing.
