Job Description Summary This position establishes and maintains information in all Alcon Customer databases which are USER ID protected environments and under AFCM controls to ensure the integrity of all systems. Responsible for quality reviews and maintaining the accuracy of information entered in the system. Works closely with internal teams to resolve issues and align processes when necessary to ensure proper support for dependent internal functional teams. Work hours: 6 PM to 3 AM IST Monday - Friday.
