MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: Lead consultant on the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP solutions including but not limited to D365 F&O, D365 Commerce, Microsoft CRM, and Microsoft ISVs. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to understand requirements, and design robust solutions that meet business and technical best practices and support organization strategies. Provide technical and functional direction to systems and integration software engineers (internal and external to NTE) by designing end-to-end solutions that align with business needs, industry standards, enterprise architecture guidelines, and support digital transformation agenda by working to replace legacy systems with modern cloud-based solutions. Ensure seamless data flow and process automation across systems and business functions. Create, implement, and lead D365 feature management process. Consult on D365 release management topics such as but not limited to release notes reviews and upgrade strategies. Implement and oversee D365 licensing management process. Develop and lead future D365 storage management process. Promote and enforce standards and best practices for scalability, reusability, and cost minimization. Oversee and/or consult on application architecture implementation and modification activities, particularly for new and/or shared enterprise application solutions.
