Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Press Admin Executive located in Ahmedabad at Liberty Publications. The Pre Press Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing executive administrative assistance, general administration tasks, providing administrative assistance, managing communication, and utilizing strong interpersonal skills in the day-to-day operations of the publication. 📝 Key Job Responsibilities: PDF File Checking & Formatting: Review and verify book PDFs before final printing. Ensure layouts, fonts, margins, and content alignment meet publication standards. Regularly coordinate with authors for manuscript submissions, corrections, and approvals. Billing & Documentation: Handle and maintain author billing records. Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups. Timely Publishing & Deadline Management: Monitor publishing schedules and ensure books are released as per set timelines. Work smartly under pressure while handling multiple projects at once. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the editorial, design, and printing teams to maintain smooth workflow. Provide admin support in pre-press operations like file storage, tracking print approvals, and vendor follow-ups. The role involves coordinating with different departments, managing production schedules, and optimizing production processes.
