The Draughtsman Liaison in an architectural firm plays a vital role in coordinating and facilitating effective communication between the drafting department and various stakeholders, including architects, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Liaison leadership: (LL)

i) Understand the documentation and paperwork submitted by the client for sanction

ii) Prepare municipal drawings for Layout Sanction for EC

iii) Prepare municipal drawings for Building permission sanction

iv) Prepare municipal drawings for all required NOCs

v) Study and update the team about new bylaws of the Govt. for the respective region

vi) Provide stage-wise certificate checking and sanction stage checking

vii) Update design team and client in case of any changes in drawings while sanction or otherwise

viii) Ensures that the organization does not have to bear any penalty pertaining to legal non-compliance

ix) Prepare Challan as per the stages of sanction

Client and Consultant collaboration: (CCC)

i) Co-ordination and follow up with the Design team, liaison indoor and outdoor team for deadlines and updates

ii) Maintain email communication with clients

Quality Control & Standards: (QM & S)Checklists and ANA Standards

Site Execution Management : (SEM)

i) Holistic understanding of the site

Pay: ₹9,844.36 - ₹50,891.58 per month
