Job Description

Inward/Outward Job Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, receiving incoming materials, and dispatching outgoing goods. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all inward and outward movements, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. Receiving and Dispatch: Managing the physical receipt of goods and preparing them for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Data Entry: Recording all transactions and movements in relevant systems, such as ERP or inventory management software. Compliance: Ensuring all processes adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant regulations. Communication: Interacting with other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to coordinate material flow. Physical Handling: May involve some physical tasks related to loading, unloading, and organizing materials. Other Tasks: Depending on the specific role, may also involve tasks like petty cash management, cashier activities, or customer service (for counter sales).
