Liaison Asst / Liaison officer

The ideal candidate should be from Alibaug who is well versed and acquainted with all the procedures of liaising with Revenue authorities , ADTP office, Collector Office Alibaug and other Govt Bodies .

He should have excellent relations with Talathi , circle , tahsildar Prant , Collector and other revenue authorities including the Town planning Department in Alibaug .

He should be well acquainted to the procedures of obtaining Demarcation , KJP from Dy Supt of land Records ( Alibaug ) and should have excellent relations with land records Department He should be independently able to handle the various tasks/ assignments allotted to him pertaining to follow up and getting the work done from Talathi, Circle , Prant , Bhumi Abhilekh office

Day to Day activities include follow up with Talathi, Circle, Tahsildar Prant office for various revenue works making applications for changes in 7/12 extract .

Mutation enteries , vardhi notice , attending hearing at tahsildar level for cases under Sec 155

Follow up with the office of land Records , making applications for obtaining demarcation. K Prat , amalagamation , KJP ,etc

Various other works related to Revenue and Building /plotted layout approvals at ADTP office e and Collector office Alibaug
