With BIBA, always expect a truly unique, wow-inspiring ethnic experience! https://www.biba.in Purpose of the Job Assistant Manager Retail Operations will need to extensively study and analyze weekly stock and sales report, Bin report and dispatch report for replenishment of MBO and advice WH on dispatches & provide required allocation or visibility. The role requires the incumbent to interact with the VM, IT, WH and other stakeholder to for timely flow of merchandise (dispatches and priority). The incumbent will be responsible for advising on looks and styles as well as sort out various daily/weekly issues. In addition, the responsibility also entails preparation of reports required by supervisor by analyzing MBO target mapping, EOSS, LTL comparisons etc. Key Result Areas for the Incumbent - Process Responsibilities • Ensure effective Inventory management for the concept in the territory ( order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage) • Review and analysis of stock reports, monitoring over and under stocks , implementing corrective action to be taken and manage Stock transfers (IBT) • Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action • Manage roll-out of new store openings and timely dispatches and stock allocation. • IBT of MBO's on the basis of low sell thru & high stock availability at other stores. • Manage RTV for specific requirements from channel Partner • Maintain regular interaction with IT,VM,WH for timely flow of merchandise • Track and maintain stock replenishment - People Management Responsibilities • Ensure smooth co-ordination with the buying team for stock replenishment to the respective MBOs. • Ensure timely co-ordination with the supply chain team for timely dispatch of the stock • Regular co-ordination with Zonal and channel partners ( MBOs) - Financial Responsibilities • Maintain RTV discipline (as per organizations norms) • Understand and gauge RTV for specific requirement from channel partners

Role & responsibilities Purpose: This position has overall responsibility of developing sales strategies for assigned territories/ LFS counters, focusing on business growth. Sales target achievement on monthly basis and supervision of Promoters. Drive the secondary sales and monitor stocks. Monitoring adherence to commercial norms and taking corrective action where required. Identification of areas of network expansion / correction and recommendation of suitable parties within the territory. Introducing new products to Chains, implementing new marketing plans. Promoters/Merchandiser selection, training, and performance evaluations. Recognising the strengths and shortcomings of front-line sales representatives dealing with chains and addressing the inadequacies through both on-the-job and classroom training in a few particular areas. For both large towns and upcountry markets, evaluate and increase the market size & share, sales potential, and develop effective channels of distribution to satisfy short- and long-term goals few particular areas The job is primarily developmental, so the focus should be on creating opportunities that have been missed in the past. Preferred candidate profile Candidates should have 7-12 yrs of experience in modern trade. Any graduation/ (MBA preferable) Should possess strong prospecting & negotiation skills Analytical with strong people management skills.
