The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, preparing training materials, and ensuring learners are industry-ready with practical knowledge in networking and Linux system administration. Key Responsibilities: Deliver classroom and/or online training on CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) modules and Linux administration . Develop, update, and maintain training curriculum, lab exercises, and study materials . Provide hands-on lab sessions for real-world networking and Linux scenarios. Prepare learners for CCNA certification exams and Linux-based certifications (e.g., RHCSA, LFCS). Assess trainees progress, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in networking and Linux. Assist in career guidance and interview preparation for students. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of CCNA (Routing & Switching, Network Fundamentals, IP Services, Security Fundamentals, Automation) . Hands-on expertise in Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RedHat) . Familiarity with virtualization and cloud basics (VMware, AWS, Azure added advantage). Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner. Industry certifications preferred: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – mandatory Linux Certification (RHCSA, LFCS, or equivalent) – preferred AWS is addon advantage Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of training/industry experience in networking and Linux.
