We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end HR compliance for the organization. Work Location : Noida The role involves ensuring adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, liaising with compliance vendors, maintaining accurate documentation on LexComply , and driving compliance governance across all locations in India. This position plays a critical role in mitigating compliance risks and ensuring timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance Management & Monitoring Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment legislations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Payment of Bonus, etc.). Maintain and monitor compliance calendar in LexComply and ensure timely updates. Track, review, and validate all compliance submissions by internal teams and external vendors. 2. Liaison with Vendors & Authorities Coordinate with external compliance vendors to ensure timely filings and documentation. Act as a single point of contact for statutory inspections, audits, and notices from government authorities. Liaise with legal consultants for resolution of compliance-related issues. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain updated statutory registers, licenses, and compliance-related documents in LexComply. Prepare and share compliance reports for senior management on a monthly/quarterly basis. Monitor expiry and renewal of all statutory licenses, permits, and ensure timely action. 4. Policy & Process Governance Assist in framing HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices. Conduct periodic internal audits and gap assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Drive awareness sessions for HR teams and business leaders on compliance requirements. Required Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR statutory compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with compliance management tools (preferably LexComply) . Strong vendor management and coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, or related field. 36 years of experience in HR statutory compliance and liaison roles, preferably in a multi-location environment. Prior experience in using LexComply or any other compliance management platform is a plus . Prior experience in using Lex Comply or any other compliance management platform is a plus .
