Level Designer (RPG Games)

As a Level Designer at Games2win World, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with the Product Manager to conceive and create game levels across various genres. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing levels for different genres of games and creating in-depth Game Design Documents using industry best practices. - Collaborating with the Product Manager and analytics team to understand game update requirements and ensure design documents meet the necessary criteria. - Being actively involved during the production phase to assess if design objectives are being met, working with creative, art, development, and QC teams. - Designing missions, prototyping gameplay variations, testing them, and incorporating feedback. - Creating user-friendly controls suitable for mobile phones and researching other games for innovative level design ideas. To excel in this role, you should have: - Deep knowledge of Unity and experience in designing levels in Unity. - Experience in designing games for iTunes/Android and working with F2P games. - Ability to create game design documents from concept briefs, defining game rules, level progression, and user interface. - Passion for casual and mobile games, regularly playing iTunes or Android games. - Good communication, English writing, and presentation skills to convey design ideas effectively. - Skill in creating easy and intuitive game and UI flows. - Knowledge of successful games in the mobile market, current trends, and design elements contributing to their success. - Ability to understand games" emotions and target audience, with art or technical skills considered a bonus. Educational Qualification: - Graduate/Diploma Degree in Game Designing or equivalent educational background.,
