Recruitment and Hiring: As an HR Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits, with a focus on fostering a positive and engaging work environment for gaming staff. This includes ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, as well as promoting employee development and retention within the unique context of a gaming environment. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified gaming staff, including employees for positions like game hosts, technicians, and customer service representatives. Conducting interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations. Ensuring adherence to turnover timeframes and optimizing recruitment costs. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Managing employee performance, including appraisals and disciplinary actions, and providing feedback and coaching. Compensation and Benefits: Administering compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness and adherence to company policies. Managing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee wages. Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in areas such as game knowledge, customer service, and workplace safety. Monitoring employee performance and providing opportunities for career advancement. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including minimum wage requirements, employment standards, and workplace safety standards. Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace for all employees. HR Operations: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures. Managing HR systems and technology, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals of the game zone. Utilizing HR analytics to make informed decisions about workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives. Qualifications: Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+years of Experience in HR management, ideally with experience in a customer-facing or entertainment industry environment. Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HR practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in English & Kannada is must.
