Job Description – GLOBALG.A.P. QMS Auditor Communicate to LETIS the acceptance or rejection of the audit and provide justification in the internal system in case of rejection. Verify that the timelines agreed with the client comply with requirements and the audit plan. Contact the site and request the necessary documentation for planning. Develop the audit work plan, communicate it to the operator, and coordinate the audit, leaving formal records. Collect information through interviews, direct observation, and document review, in line with the Audit Protocol. Maintain effective oral and written communication, ensuring confidentiality and information security. Conduct on-site audits, including: opening meeting, compliance verification, review of corrective actions, evaluation of processes and products, verification of complaints, and closing meeting. Prepare and submit audit reports with objective evidence within established deadlines. Evaluate corrective actions and documentation submitted by the operator, recording results in the internal system. Carry out follow-up activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit program. Requirements University or technical degree (minimum 2 years) in Crop Production, Animal Production, Aquaculture, or Animal Feed Manufacturing/Nutrition ( mandatory ). Approved Lead Auditor course based on ISO 19011 guidelines. At least 10 days of practical experience in management system audits (e.g., GLOBALG.A.P. Option 2 or Option 4, producer groups, or equivalent schemes). Training in Food Safety , Good Agricultural Practices (G.A.P.) , and proven professional experience in the agri-food sector. HACCP training (minimum 8 hours). Food Hygiene training (minimum 8 hours). Strong oral and written communication skills, with client and results orientation. Availability to conduct field audits and maintain confidentiality of information.
