Vacancy : Photography & Videography Tutor Institution: Lens and Learn Academy, Meerut Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Type: Flexible engagement – Per session basis or monthly salary (negotiable) Start Date: Immediate About Us: Lens and Learn Academy is a premier photography and creative skills training institute in Meerut. We specialize in providing beginner to advanced-level courses in photography, videography, and related creative arts. Our programs are career-oriented, combining strong theoretical foundations with intensive hands-on practice. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Photography & Videography Tutor to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will possess not only strong technical expertise in photography and videography but also the ability to engage, mentor, and inspire students in a classroom environment. The selected candidate will be teaching a structured curriculum provided by the Academy while incorporating practical demonstrations and interactive learning. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver classroom-based and practical training sessions on photography and videography as per the Academy’s curriculum. • Guide students through both theoretical concepts (camera operations, lighting, composition, editing) and practical techniques (shooting, post-production). • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them develop technical and creative skills. • Demonstrate industry best practices, including workflow, editing techniques, and professional conduct. • Collaborate with the Academy team to enhance the training experience and curriculum delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven professional experience in Photography and Videography (Experience 2–3 years preferred). • Proficiency in camera operations, lighting setups, composition, editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent). • Strong classroom management and teaching skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching. Compensation: • Flexible – Can be offered on a per-session basis or as a monthly salary, based on experience and mutual agreement.
