Photography Instructor

Lens and Learn Academy, located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, is a renowned photography and creative skills training institute offering a range of beginner to advanced-level courses in photography, videography, and related creative arts. The academy's programs are designed to be career-oriented, combining a strong theoretical foundation with intensive hands-on practice. As a Photography & Videography Tutor at Lens and Learn Academy, you will have the opportunity to join our faculty and contribute to shaping the next generation of visual storytellers. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who not only possesses strong technical expertise in photography and videography but also has the ability to engage, mentor, and inspire students in a classroom setting. Your responsibilities will include delivering structured classroom-based and practical training sessions according to the academy's curriculum. You will guide students through theoretical concepts such as camera operations, lighting, composition, and editing, as well as practical techniques including shooting and post-production. Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and demonstrate industry best practices in workflow, editing techniques, and professional conduct. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven professional experience in photography and videography, with at least 2-3 years of experience preferred. Proficiency in camera operations, lighting setups, and editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is essential. Strong classroom management and teaching skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as creativity, patience, and a passion for teaching are also key qualifications we are looking for. Compensation for this position is flexible and can be offered on a per-session basis or as a monthly salary, depending on experience and mutual agreement.
