Description and Requirements

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Scaling the SMB eCommerce business via Lenovo Pro Engine.
  • Define the value proposition and solutions roadmap fit for SMB landscape to drive Customer Acquisition / Activation & Retention efforts .
  • Annual planning and prioritization (market sizing, opportunity identification, business cases, technology requirements, global interlocks)
  • Lead the evolution and expansion of the SMB Segment and Lenovo Pro program, including competitive positioning of our offerings, One Lenovo solutions development and services-led go to market
  • Partner with analytics team to ensure key business insights are surfaced, communicated to stakeholders, and applied to improve performance
  • Present sound strategy proposals and execution plans to both executives and regional teams. Coordinate w/ geo teams to align the strategy and execution plan.

Work w/ User Experience and Digital Marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, improve onsite performance, test new ideas and implement data driven site optimization and personalization.
