Role Overview: As a Product Manager for commercial lending software products at our company, you will be part of the software product team responsible for developing and enhancing key products to support customers in successfully completing their construction projects within specified timelines and budgets. Your main focus will be on enhancing the Product. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze requirements for banking software, offering feasible solutions including specifications for 3rd Party Integrations. - Analyze and upgrade existing features to meet modern user expectations supported by robust Proof of Concepts (POCs). - Thoroughly document proposed solutions with detailed wireframes and mockups. - Address stakeholder and customer issues related to the software, providing immediate resolutions and contributing to the product roadmap. - Independently contribute to developing the Product Roadmap. - Contribute to the Product Knowledgebase and User Guides. Qualifications Required: - Experience with lending processes such as loan initiation, appraisals, collateral, approvals, modifications, closing, and document generation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in creating detailed wireframes and mockups. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers. - Prior experience in software product management or a related field would be advantageous.
