As a DevOps Team Lead based in Ahmedabad-Office, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing a team of DevOps engineers. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the deployment and maintenance of applications such as Odoo (Python/PostgreSQL) and Magento (PHP/MySQL) among others. You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI, and handle environment-specific configurations for staging, production, and QA environments. Containerizing both legacy and modern applications using Docker and deploying them via Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) or Docker Swarm will be part of your daily tasks. You will also implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Monitoring application health and infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog will be crucial, ensuring that systems are secure, resilient, and compliant with industry standards. Your role will involve optimizing cloud cost and infrastructure performance, collaborating with development, QA, and IT support teams for seamless delivery, and troubleshooting performance, deployment, or scaling issues across various tech stacks. With 8+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud/System Engineering roles and at least 2 years of experience managing or leading DevOps teams, you will have a strong foundation to excel in this position. Having hands-on experience supporting and deploying applications like Odoo, Magento, and Node.js, along with expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure, will be essential. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, PHP CLI, or Node CLI, as well as a deep understanding of Linux system administration and networking fundamentals, are required. Additionally, experience with Git, SSH, reverse proxies (Nginx), and load balancers is expected. Preferred certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer will be highly valued. Bonus skills include experience with multi-region failover, HA clusters, MySQL/PostgreSQL optimization, GitOps, ArgoCD, Helm, or Ansible Tower. Knowledge of VAPT 2.0, WCAG compliance, and infrastructure security best practices will further enhance your profile for this role.
