As a member of Morgan Stanley's expanding deposits and cash management team, you will play a crucial role in developing a cutting-edge offering that leverages the recent acquisitions of E*TRADE and Shareworks. Your primary goal will be to familiarize yourself with the product suite and relevant risk control management mechanisms to facilitate the growth of the Deposits and Cash Management business. Your efforts will be pivotal in ensuring that the business aligns with risk, regulatory, and compliance standards, while also managing risk and operational challenges that may arise from the products. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance and risk management, along with 1-3 years of professional experience in Financial Services reporting or risk management. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential for this role. Familiarity with operational and business risk management, as well as experience with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and VBA, will be advantageous.
