Eligibility Criteria
- Approximately 13 years of relevant legal experience.
- Prior experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts.
- Strong research, writing, and legal aptitude.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent drafting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities / Role
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts.
- Conducting legal research and preparing opinions, notes, and briefs.
- Supporting litigation, ADR, and advisory matters as required.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients on multiple assignments.
- Maintaining documentation, timelines, and matter management.
