The role involves coordination, documentation, and follow-ups with our legal head to ensure everything is filed and updated correctly. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize all licenses, permits, NOCs, and compliance documents for our hotel properties and central office Track renewal dates, pending submissions, and compliance requirements Follow up with the legal head and relevant departments for timely updates or clarifications Keep proper records (physical/digital) of all agreements, notices, and certificates Support in compiling checklists and compliance trackers for ongoing audits or inspections Ensure all documentation is handled with confidentiality and accuracy Eligibility: Pursuing or completed law degree (LLB or equivalent) Must have relevant experience in managing legal or compliance-related documents (internship or full-time) Basic knowledge of hospitality-related licenses (FSSAI, Fire NOC, Trade License, etc.) is preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable using Excel, Word, and online file management tools Ability to coordinate across teams and handle sensitive information professionally What We Offer: Real-time exposure to legal documentation and compliance in the hospitality sector Direct coordination with senior legal and business leadership Structured learning environment with opportunity for full-time conversion Internship certificate and experience letter upon successful completion Show more Show less
