Legal Intern / Associate-Intake

As a Legal Associate-Intake, you will play a crucial role in the legal team by managing various responsibilities to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction. To qualify for this position, you must be a Law graduate with excellent English communication skills, both oral and written. Your main responsibilities will include drafting professional emails to clients, organizing and uploading case files into Cloud Storage/Case Management Systems, and maintaining client confidentiality. You will also be required to coordinate with attorneys, manage the attorney's professional diary, and communicate effectively with clients by providing case updates and maintaining a high level of professionalism. In addition, you will be responsible for calendar court hearings, deadlines, meetings, and depositions, as well as working closely with clients on the case management systems they use. You will independently handle tasks such as receiving case instructions, drafting legal correspondences, conducting legal research, and assisting with trial preparations. As part of your role, you will also perform various administrative duties, manage email communications, and coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. Your computer skills, including proficiency in Internet software and MS Office, will be essential for success in this position. The work schedule is fixed from Monday to Friday with morning shifts and weekend availability as required.
