We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Legal positions . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right role. Role & responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements for Sales and Legal teams Source potential candidates through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.) Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal panels Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination Track hiring metrics and report on recruiting activity Preferred candidate profile Understanding of legal hiring nuances and terminology Experience hiring high-volume sales roles Multilingual abilities (English + hindi + regional language)
