Legal Executive (Real Estate)

Post: MIS Executive

Location: KOLKATA

Responsibilities:

• Understanding client’s requirements and advising them accordingly; communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients; assisting in drafting real estate transactions.
• Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions; reviewing and preparing leases and amendments.
• Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients.
• Draft and negotiate real estate transactions; also drafting routine leases and amendments.
• Reviewing and preparing leases and management reports.
• Maintain data in Excel for the management.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proficiency in MS Excel

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field required.
• Proven experience (3-6 yrs) in real estate law or similar legal position.

CTC : 25k-30k/month
