Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Executive with expertise in franchise agreements and arbitration. The ideal candidate will support the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and managing franchise-related legal documents and assist in arbitration proceedings. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and reviewing franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Support the negotiation process of franchise agreements and related contracts. Assist in preparing and managing arbitration cases, including legal documentation and correspondence. Provide legal research and support related to franchise laws and dispute resolution procedures. Help resolve disputes related to franchise agreements through arbitration, mediation, or settlement negotiations. Maintain accurate records of franchise agreements, legal proceedings, and communications. Monitor legal developments and industry standards regarding franchising and arbitration. Coordinate with external legal advisors, as required, for arbitration cases and franchise-related matters. Qualifications: Law degree (LLB or equivalent). 2-4 years of experience in franchise law, contract management, or arbitration. Strong understanding of franchise agreements and dispute resolution processes. Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
