The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: - Administering and managing docketing, legal mailbox, and legal intranet page - Educating internal stakeholders on Self Service templates/documents adoption - Managing in-house legal tools such as database, research tools, and record upkeep - Organizing and maintaining documents in a filing system - Managing invoices from external law firms and Legal Department Budget - Handling legal administration tasks like DocuSign, document comparison, research contracts, and gatekeeping for in-house Legal Tools - Gathering and analyzing global statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes, documents, and other data Qualifications and Experience: - 3-6 years of experience as a paralegal - Bachelor's degree in law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field - Strong team player with commitment and flexibility - Proficiency in legal research, Microsoft Office Suite, and legal databases - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Effective planning and organizing skills to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment - Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with attorneys effectively In return, YES offers a stimulating and fun working environment, competitive salaries, benefits, and long-term incentives.
