Legal Counsel and Assistant

SMCL Marine is a Marine Technical Service Company head office in Delhi, India serving shipping companies for various marine consulting services globally.

We are looking for a In-house Legal Counsel and General Assistant to the company Director who is based in Bangalore. The candidates with legal background proficient in English and Kannada are invited for the this full time position. The location of the job is based in Bangalore, in Marathahalli area. Fresh Graduates can also apply with confidence.

Duties & Responsibilities

1) Review contracts and documents and advise the director for the legal risks.

2) Basic knowledge of India corporate and commercial laws including laws applicable in the real estate and general administration.

3) Representing on behalf of the company director and resolve disputes and negotiate with the suppliers and clients.

4)Assisting director in routine day to day work pertaining to administration and legal matters.

5) Dealing with various clients and 3rd parties on behalf of the director. Assisting company director as required on various legal matters, disputes etc.

Requirements

1) Based in Bangalore, a local candidate with good network in government offices and local bodies.

2)Legal educational background with minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.

3) Good command on English communication.

4) Hardworking, committed and obedient.

5) Basic computer operation

6) Knowledge of labor and real estate laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
