Job Brief
We are hiring 5 to 10 years of experience Legal -Advocate to join our "Amberstone Properties " ,Construction based Company. In this role, you'll be responsible for.
Responsibilities
Prepare Drafts, Check Legal Documents, Revenue Drafts, Sale Agreement, Review Contract Drafts, well versed with Sub register Office procedures, CRM related Concerns, Litigations .Whenever necessary Advocate for clients in court by accompanying them to court dates and guiding them through legal processes as and when needed. Works with the clients’ attorneys as needed Provide emotional support to clients throughout any legal processes Provide regular follow-up with clients to ensure that their needs are met .Note: Kannada Reading and writing is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
