Concept Development: Collaborate with lead generation team and creative teams to develop graphics Create graphics for running google/meta ads Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Implement feedback from internal reviews and maintain version control of assets. Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platforms (web, mobile, print) and meet resolution standards. Required Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools. Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography. Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, creativity, and technical expertise. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
