Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Commerce Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commerce, including areas such as Accounting, Business Studies, Finance, and Economics. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, designing assessments, and contributing to the academic and administrative development of the department. Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials. Assess students' progress through exams, assignments, and class participation. Conduct tutorials, practical sessions, and student consultations. Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, and research activities. Support students through academic advising and mentoring. Engage in professional development and attend relevant workshops/seminars. Maintain records of student performance and attendance. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards. Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or relevant discipline (essential). Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
