Role & responsibilities: - Our requirement as per AICTE norms. - First Class or equivalent in Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and Ph.D or equivalent , in appropriate discipline. - Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry of which at least 5 years experience should be at the level of Associate Professor. Professor will be over all in charge of the Department. Will be responsible to arrange for academic program- didactic lectures/ practical/ ward duty/ internship etc as per the timings (Hours) required for each subject by statutory council regulation in the subject concern. Will be responsible to at the time of inspection co-operate the head of the institute during statutory body and other inspection and comply inspection report. Will be responsible to help the institute in procurements of the teaching staff. Will be responsible to take initiative for starting up of postgraduate courses in subject at the college and co-operate to get its approval permission from statutory council. Will be responsible to arrange for training schedule of personnel working in the department. Will be responsible to carry out research work in the department for development and publish research papers for benefit of the faculty. Any other instructions that may be from higher authority to carry out the same & ask the junior colleague to follow it.
