Experience: 8-12 years of experience in design and product development, preferably in leather manufacturing. 3. Skills: - Strong design and product development expertise - Leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Knowledge of leather properties, trends, and technologies - Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) 4. Achievements: - Proven track record of successful product launches - Experience in driving innovation and sustainability in design and production - Strong portfolio showcasing design and product development expertise Ideal Candidate: 1.
