Multilingual Communication: Conducting sales conversations fluently and professionally in one or more South Indian languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) to cater to the specific regional market. Database Management: Accurately entering and updating customer information, sales data, and call records in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Problem-Solving: Handling customer grievances, objections, and complaints calmly and effectively to maintain the company's reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.
