The ideal candidate for this position is a Commerce Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in soft skills and life skills training. You should possess excellent communication skills both in written and oral English, as well as in the local language. Proficiency in English and non-verbal communication is a mandatory requirement for this role. Strong digital learning skills are essential for training others and for self-learning. As a candidate, you should have good facilitation skills and the ability to create classroom learning activities based on the topic at hand. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with staff, volunteers, and school authorities at all levels. Strong learning-to-learn skills will be beneficial for quickly grasping new soft skills subject areas. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to mentor students to help them achieve higher aspirations and build new skills. A Graduation in any stream along with certification in career counseling is preferred for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
