We are building our next-generation WordPress-based training platform with Virtual Instructor-Led, Classroom, and Self-Paced courses for a global audience. We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress + LMS Developer with strong SEO expertise and a sense of ownership to join us on a 6-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for building our training platform end-to-end and will be self-driven to deliver high-quality results with limited supervision. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain a responsive WordPress website with LMS integration for course management and e-commerce. Implement SEO best practices from the ground up (technical SEO, on-page SEO, site speed optimization). Configure and integrate required WordPress plugins (LMS, payment gateways, forms, analytics, automation). Collaborate on content structure and ensure the site is optimized for both user experience and search rankings. Integrate e-commerce elements and ensure a smooth checkout process for course purchases. Troubleshoot issues, manage site security, and maintain backups. Work closely with the social media team for brand alignment. Must-Have Skills WordPress Development – Custom themes, plugins, and integrations. Learning Management System (LMS) – Experience with LMS plugins (e.g., LearnDash, LifterLMS, TutorLMS, MasterStudy). SEO Expertise – On-page, off-page, technical SEO, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows (WooCommerce). Sense of ownership and ability to work independently with limited supervision. Minimum 5 years experience in relevant web development and SEO roles. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Shopify development . Knowledge of email automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n). Experience working on global audience websites . We’re looking for a Creative Designer with strong visual storytelling and document design skills to help transform raw professional content into premium-quality digital eBooks, guides, and templates.
