As an Analyst, Marketing Operations at TekWissen Group, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, modifying, and supporting websites and supporting systems, databases, and internet/intranet related tools. Your focus will be on the operations, maintenance, functionality, structure, and look and feel of websites. You will create, support, and maintain company web pages including graphics, animation, and functionality. Additionally, you will design and develop web page layouts, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, and web infrastructure for new product releases and web-hosted product offerings, while also providing consultation on online content. Your accountabilities will include ensuring website performance and content validity, capacity planning, systems and applications testing on regional and global levels, developing site-specific standards, policies, and practices, creating web content, applications, and infrastructure with advanced graphics and features, partnering with subject matter owners and IT to ensure effective, updated, and informative websites, performing web usability testing, and collaborating with IT to prioritize functionality, features, and content into production. To excel in this role, you should have skills in Adobe Flash, JavaScript, learning quickly, operating systems (OS), oral communications, prioritization, web development, and written communication. Mandatory skills required for this position include excellent written and spoken English, HTML, CSS, Java script, digital marketing/SEO/Ecommerce, and proficiency in MS Office tools. The ideal candidate for this position will have 0-2 years of total experience, and freshers are also welcome to apply.
