SUMMARY The Field Training Manager (FTM) is responsible for managing a team of field training officers and for developing, administering, and facilitating training curriculum for a variety of audiences using adult learning strategies and experiential learning opportunities for the Datacenter Physical Security program. Consult Regional Security Managers to determine trends and regional training needs.
