Company Description LIFI was started in July 2020 with the vision: पढ़ेगा हर बच्चा, बढ़ेगा हर बच्चा (Every child thrives): Access, Learn, Retain, Educate. LIFI has worked with more than 1500 children pushed out of the education system in the last three years, having started in the middle of the pandemic. 90% of the children went back to schools as they got reopened in these multiple contexts. LIFI has worked with 35 Community Teacher Leaders in 5 states – Delhi, Bihar, Gujarat, Haryana, and MP. Vision "पढ़ेगा हर बच्चा, बढ़ेगा हर बच्चा" (Every Child Thrives): Access, Learn, Retain, Educate - encapsulates our commitment to ensuring that every child not only gains access to education but also thrives in their educational journey. Mission "हर घर टीचर" (Every Home with a Teacher), with the aim of providing 10,000 children (out of the education system or at the risk of dropping out) access to a community teacher champion by 2025. Through collaborations with nonprofits and government bodies, we aspire to facilitate the mainstreaming and retention of these children, regardless of their socio-economic backgrounds, caste, genders, or abilities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Associate located in Khargone. The Program Associate will be responsible for executing program management tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting research, analyzing data, and maintaining effective communication. Day-to-day tasks may include evaluating program performance, supporting outreach efforts, organizing meetings, and preparing reports and documentation. Qualifications Program Management skills Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills Reseabrch and Analytical Skills Excellent ability to work collaboratively and independently Experience in the education or non-profit sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Project Management, or related field
