LIFI has worked with more than 1500 children pushed out of the education system in the last three years, having started in the middle of the pandemic. 90% of the children went back to schools as they got reopened in these multiple contexts. LIFI has worked with 35 Community Teacher Leaders in 5 states – Delhi, Bihar, Gujarat, Haryana, and MP. Through collaborations with nonprofits and government bodies, we aspire to facilitate the mainstreaming and retention of these children, regardless of their socio-economic backgrounds, caste, genders, or abilities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Associate located in Khargone. The Program Associate will be responsible for executing program management tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting research, analyzing data, and maintaining effective communication. Day-to-day tasks may include evaluating program performance, supporting outreach efforts, organizing meetings, and preparing reports and documentation.
