As a Learning & Development Intern at our fast-growing B2B GenAI startup based in Hyderabad, you will have the opportunity to join our 70+ member team led by an IIT/IIM founding team. If you are someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making an impact through learning and development, this role is tailor-made for you. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning events both virtually and in-person. You will be tasked with facilitating learning using interactive techniques to enhance understanding and retention among the audience. Additionally, you will need to adapt training approaches based on audience feedback to ensure maximum impact. Apart from this, you will also be responsible for conducting research and curating relevant learning materials such as articles, case studies, and videos. To excel in this role, a background in Industrial/Business Psychology would be preferred. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and have the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex concepts with clarity to a diverse audience.
