Develop clear, measurable learning outcomes that align with organizational goals and needs. Design content and assessments that support desired outcomes and ensure mastery of key skills. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), facilitators, and stakeholders to identify performance gaps. Conduct learner analysis to inform the design process, considering diverse learner needs and preferences. Align learning experiences with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices. Use formative and summative assessments to measure program effectiveness and learner outcomes. Demonstrated experience with backwards design, outcome-based development, or similar frameworks. Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, multimedia design, and learning technologies.
