Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Technical and Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid understanding of both the functional business processes within HCM and the technical capabilities of the Oracle Fusion suite. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, development, configuration, integration, testing, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Key Responsibilities:Functional Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes.Provide configuration and functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including: Core HR Payroll Absence Management Talent ManagementTime and LaborCompensation Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions.Prepare functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate with business users to validate solutions.Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.Technical Responsibilities:Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI/BIP Reports, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).Build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and APIs.Customize seeded reports and develop new reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.Troubleshoot issues in inbound and outbound integrations, data conversions, and batch jobs.Support technical cutovers, data migration activities, and environment setups.Manage security roles, data roles, and access control within Fusion HCM.
