CRM & Data Executive – LearnerConnect About the Role: We’re hiring a CRM & Data Executive to support our LearnerConnect platform. You’ll be responsible for managing and updating university and course data, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting operational workflows related to study abroad applications. Key Responsibilities: Scrape and manage university/course data from official portals Maintain and update Excel-based course databases Ensure clean data flow into the LearnerConnect CRM Track and document changes, source references, and deadlines Assist with CRM data entry, cleanup, and reporting tasks Requirements: 1+ year of experience in data entry, research, or CRM management Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Data Validation) Good English communication (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and meet timelines Strong attention to detail and tech-savvy mindset

About the RoleWe’re building Learner Connect, an AI-driven study abroad platform. We need an MIS Analyst who can scrape, clean, analyze, and manage data that powers our proprietary education database. Your job is to keep our course and university data accurate, updated, and ready for AI processing. Key Responsibilities Scrape and gather data from multiple education portals and sources. Clean, format, and standardize large datasets for integration into the AI portal. Build automated tools (Excel VBA/Python scripts) to reduce manual work. Analyze trends and gaps in course/university data to support decision-making. Maintain continuous updates and ensure data accuracy for students and agents. Skills Required Advanced Excel & VBA (dashboards, macros, data cleaning). Python (web scraping – BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Pandas). Knowledge of SQL and API integrations (preferred). Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability. Familiarity with education or CRM data is a plus.
