Role Description This is a volunteer Project Lead role at Leap Of Love Foundation. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's projects related to mental health awareness and social welfare. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work partially from home. Qualifications Project Management, Leadership, and Organization skills Communication and Collaboration skills Problem-solving and Decision-making skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Experience in the non-profit sector or social work Knowledge of mental health issues and social welfare programs Volunteer or community service experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field
