About the Role We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities ● Act as the primary liaison with founders of all portfolio companies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication for strategic alignment. ● Diligently gather, synthesize, and report on key company financials and performance metrics to support investment tracking and decision-making. ● Proactively manage and optimize the work diary, scheduling meetings, calls, and deadlines to maximize productivity and ensure efficient time allocation. ● Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, providing timely reminders and preparing all necessary materials ahead of appointments. ● Arrange travel plans end-to-end, including booking flights, accommodations, transport, and preparing detailed itineraries. ● Draft and edit professional emails, memos, meeting notes, and executive-level reports with accuracy, clarity, and appropriate tone. ● Create and prepare high-quality presentations, meeting briefs, and follow-up notes to ensure leadership is well-prepared and aligned. ● Handle sensitive company and personal information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality across all aspects of the role. ● Support internal and external event coordination, documentation, expense tracking, and day-to-day administrative operations.
