As a CRM System Specialist, your role is to support the development and continuous improvement of the global CRM platform. Working closely with the CRM Business Owner, Group IT, ERP, and Data Warehouse, you will be a key member of the newly established global CRM Competence Center based in Poland. Your main responsibilities include performing daily and strategic administrative tasks in the CRM system, such as data correction, changes in settings, testing, and error analysis. You will provide support during subsequent implementation phases and ensure the smooth functioning of the CRM system within designated areas. Building relationships with other company departments involved in the CRM project and ensuring integration with ERP systems will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will coordinate administrative activities in the CRM system, establish documentation techniques to optimize data flow, and ensure data correctness and integrity within the system.
