Job Description: Essential Functions General Job Duties: Research, design, and develop optimal, cost-effective processes and methods in accordance with specifications and quality standards using LEAN principles. Conduct time studies of production to develop standard work and to develop and maintain SOPs. Prepare facility layouts as needed. Process engineering change orders. Assist in managing capital projects including writing the capital requests and managing the installation of the new equipment. Monitor quality discrepancies and, identify trends and investigate quality problems in order to implement corrective actions.
